Taylor Scarce, MSW, LCSW

Taylor Scarce is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 6 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Taylor received both her B.S. in Sociology/Psychology, and her Masters’ in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. As a community-based clinician, Taylor worked with a wide range of individual and family problems, though she specializes in substance use/abuse disorders, PTSD/trauma, and mood disorders. She uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Strengths-Based approaches to address presenting issues, while always reinforcing that a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for growth and change.
