With over twenty years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating trauma, grief, loss, anxiety, and depression. My work is grounded in empathy, respect, and a deep commitment to helping clients access their own resilience and capacity for healing. I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where people feel genuinely seen and supported as they move toward meaningful change. Outside of my practice, I’m married and part of a blended family of eight adult children; raising my own children and welcoming my stepchildren into our home has deeply shaped my understanding of resilience, connection, and the evolving nature of family.
