Michelle L. Sullivan, Psy. D, LCP

Dr. Michelle Sullivan is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with more than 30 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship concerns, major life transitions, and unresolved issues from the past.

Her particular passion is working with high-functioning adults who feel they have lost their way. Many of her clients are capable, responsible, and successful in important areas of their lives, yet find themselves feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, disconnected, or simply unlike themselves. They may know that something needs to change, but feel unsure where to begin.

Dr. Sullivan also has a special interest in working with women through the emotional and psychological challenges that can accompany perimenopause and menopause, including changes in mood, anxiety, identity, relationships, and overall well-being.

Her approach to therapy is individualized, practical, and collaborative. She draws from a range of traditional and integrative strategies based on each person’s needs, preferences, and goals. Together, she and her clients work to better understand what is getting in the way, develop more effective ways of coping, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Dr. Sullivan is committed to providing a warm, comfortable, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel respected, understood, and supported. Her goal is not only to help people feel better, but to help them find their way forward again.
