Patricia “Trish” Mullen, LPC

Patricia Trish Mullen, LPCPatricia “Trish” Mullen, LPC has a Masters Degree from the Medical College of Virginia-VCU Health Systems. Trish has been in private practice with Dominion Behavioral Healthcare since 2002. In addition to working at DBH, Trish is one of the Clinical Supervisors for Child and Adolescent Services Team at Chesterfield Mental Health. Over the past 23 years, she’s worked in both the public and private sector with experience in individual, family, and group psychotherapy. She’s been practicing as a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 16 years.

She’s experienced in treating Anxiety, with special focus on the treatment of Panic Disorder and providing specialized Trauma Treatment. Her areas of specialty include stage oriented trauma treatment, EMDR and CBT. She is specifically trained in the treatment of trauma utilizing EMDR facilitated psychotherapy. Trish is currently pursuing certification in EMDR as well as in DUKE University’s TF-CBT Certification Program. Trish completed a 2-year Certification program at The Institute for Advanced Psychotherapy Training and Education in Baltimore, MD in Advanced Trauma Treatment: Healing Through Creative and Expressive Modalities. She is a member of the Greater Richmond Trauma-Informed Community Network.

When she’s not working, Trish loves watching VCU basketball with her Havoc Family. She enjoys spending time at the bay with friends and family golfing and seeing live music.
